What SameWindow stores

SameWindow stores account information needed to provide the service and conversation content that you explicitly submit or share with the app. We do not silently import or claim unrestricted access to your ChatGPT conversation history.

How information is used

Your saved content is used to provide your private searchable library, folders, and retrieval features. Account information is used for authentication, security, and service administration.

Access and security

Saved conversations are associated with your account. Server-side requests check the signed-in account before returning or changing saved content. Do not save information you are not authorized to store.

Third-party services

The service uses infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, and database storage. Those providers process data as needed to operate the service.

Your choices

You choose what to save. You can delete saved conversations from your library. For account or privacy requests, contact privacy@samewindow.com.

This policy may be updated as the service evolves. The latest version will be published on this page.
